shopping center rental, office rental and apartments. Following the
divestment of eX in 2010, the Company now owns Grand Hyatt Jakarta Hotel
(the hotel),Plaza Indonesia Shopping Center, The Plaza Office Tower
(office space) and Keraton (apartments). The Company through PT Sarana
Mitra Investama, a subsidiary, owns PT Plaza Lifestyle Prima, a company
that manages fX Lifestyle X’ntre.
