      Graduated from reputable university
      Strong interest in marine transmission business
      Able to work effectively with all levels within the organization and externally
      Strong negotiation and communication skills
      Mastering the English language both oral and written technical instructions and be able to intepret
      written in English
      Willing to travel within Indonesia and abroad

General Requirements:

      Male, max. 40 years.
      Work experience in boat building business is profit
      Good leadership, team player and able to work under pressure
      Commumication honest, good and fast learner
